Our self-developed eco-friendly stretch films deliver safer packaging and lower carbon costs. The lightweight, high-strength nano film features ultra-high stretchability and puncture resistance, doubling material utilization efficiency. With equal protection standards, 1kg of raw materials produces twice the film length of traditional products.

We implement full-chain low-carbon management from raw material intake to waste disposal.
- Closed-loop recycling: All production trimmings and defective materials are recycled and remanufactured, achieving near-zero waste discharge
- Authoritative certifications: ISO14001, ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 certified; all raw materials are hazard-free and fully tested
- Energy & water conservation: Low-energy equipment and LED lighting reduce carbon emissions; circulating water systems realize water reuse with no untreated sewage discharge
- Pollution prevention: Fully enclosed raw material management eliminates plastic particle leakage and secondary pollution
Intelligent & Low-Carbon Production Lines
We adopt high-end automated production lines to boost efficiency and reduce energy consumption, including a 7-layer co-extrusion line (800m/min) and a 56-layer nano film production line (1050m/min). A digital unmannedlights-out factory is under construction, which will further optimize energy and raw material utilization to build a benchmark low-carbon smart workshop.
