What is the difference between stretch film and stretch film

Wound film and stretch film are used for packaging, selling and transporting various products, which can protect and cover firmly. Two people refer to the same thing. The concept of wrapping film is relatively broad. Winding film is also called tension film. Some can be pulled, some cannot be pulled, or the tension rate of the tension film is low, so the tension film belongs to the category of the tension film. Winding film, also known as stretch film and heat shrinkable film, is the early PVC winding film in my country.
As a plasticizer, DOA is also a raw material for the production of PVC stretch film, as a self-adhesive agent. However, its cost is high. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers are used as self-adhesives for polyethylene stretched films, and PIBV and LD polyethylene are used as self-adhesives for polyethylene stretched films. LLDPE, including C4, C6, C8 and metal proton exchange membranes, is mainly used as a substrate.
With the development of single-layer to double-layer and three-layer, the current LLDPE stretched film is mainly produced by the casting method, while the early LLDPE stretched film is mainly produced by the blown film method. The reason is that the casting line has uniform thickness and high transparency, which can meet the requirements of high-speed pre-stretching. Single-layer casting cannot achieve a single viscosity, which limits its application range. Single-layer double-layer casting is not as extensive as three-layer casting in terms of material selection, and the formula is also more interesting. It is an ideal choice for three-layer casting structure.
A high-quality stretched film should have high transparency, high longitudinal elongation, high yield point, high transverse tear strength and good puncture performance. Stretch film can not only meet the functions of moisture-proof, dust-proof, touch-proof, transparent display, etc., but also increase the attractiveness of the product. It can also be used to replace various cartons, which not only saves packaging costs, but also conforms to packaging trends. Wrapping film is widely used in the outer packaging of food, medicine, sterilized tableware, stationery, gifts, printed matter, plastic hardware products, telephones, electronic appliances and other products.
